What is unique is that the experience really focuses on the quality of the tea, nothing unique there I hear you cry but here is the very important and quite charming addition, Anna’s Pantry is serious about the water temperature and brewing time which we all know can make or break how tea tastes. I just adored the tea timer!

The JunChiyabari estate are one of the growers, a small and exclusive tea garden in the eastern Himalayan region of Nepal, famous for its two signature lines of White Teas, Himalayan Ice and Himalayan Snow. Even the names are inspiring!
On her menu also is a tempting Earl Grey & elderflower iced tea, Newby’s loose leaf Earl Grey tea & a touch of
elderflower cordial & lots of fresh mint. Now I am not a fan of iced tea but this served chilled on a hot summers day sounds just divine.
